Important information for your stay at No.32 Hotel
We appreciate that travelling to a new city or country can be stressful. At No.32 we do everything in our power to ensure your stay with us is smooth and enjoyable as possible. Below are a few important facts about the hotel that guests should read to ensure they can plan their trip and stay with us accordingly. Edinburgh has the most grade listed buildings, per capita, than any other city in the U.K. and Ireland combined. As a result of this, when you stay at No.32 Hotel you will be staying in a grade-B listed building. Due to very strict laws, we cannot make any structural changes to our building and there are no lifts in No.32. Guests access our suites via staircases.
Parking
There is no private parking for No.32 hotel. There is on street parking available subject to street parking payment.
Should you require parking there is free parking ten minutes from the hotel. The reception will direct you to this parking on arrival or you can call ahead for directions.
Late check-in
a £10 fee will incur for check-ins between 10pm-Midnight. It’s essential that you notify us if you wish to check in after 10pm.
£20 fee will incur for check ins after Midnight and are subject to availability. Please call or email for further information.
Our cancellation policy - updated 10 July 2020
We are aware Covid-19 has seriously disrupted travel and booking arrangements for guests and we have updated our cancellation policy to take account of this where possible. We are adhering to hospitality guidelines, official travel restrictions, suspensions, quarantines and lockdown measures announced by governments worldwide. We ask for your understanding as these frequently change, sometimes with little notice.
Reservations made before 1 April 2020 for bookings up to 31 August 2020
If your stay with us is before 31 August 2020 we will not charge you to change the date and re-book, subject to availability. You can move your dates by up to a year from the date of your original check-out date. There will be no additional cost to you unless your new date or room choice is normally charged at a higher rate in which case we will only ask you to pay the difference. If you are unable to stay with us within the year you can transfer the booking to another name.
Reservations made after 1 April 2020
You can change your booking up to 72 hours before your arrival date. There will be no additional cost to you unless your new date or room choice is normally charged at a higher rate in which case we will only ask you to pay the difference.
You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your arrival date at no charge. We will give you a full refund including reservations made on on advanced purchase rates described as non-refundable.
